We wanted people to experience the fresh, natural, healthy and most authentic product out there. With SkapEti Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) we have created a unique product that is nutrient rich, 100% natural and full of flavour. For us, our olive oil has always been special. Now, we are recognised globally, having received the Silver Quality Award by IOOC (International Olive Oil Competition). SkapEti is from the heart of the Peloponnese, each bottle crafted with passion, filled with the richest and smoothest Greek olive oil. We are a family-based business, which means stocks are limited. Luckily, our flavours and quality are not.
The problem with EVOO, right now.
The olive oil market is vast, full of choice and price-ranges. There are hundreds of EVOO listed brands out there. Many fail to meet the standards we try to set. There have been reports of mainstream brands mixing EVOO with lower-quality olive oil and, in some cases, chemicals. Unfortunately, these do not have the health benefits or true authentic flavour.
We pride ourselves on quality control. But regulations are limited and market standards have slipped. Right now, only 10% of olive oil marketed as EVOO meets the golden standard. Most are made from a concoction of different olives, from different regions, countries and even continents. The unique production process cannot be traced or guaranteed. Mixing and blended consistencies are making the majority of products bland and unfulfilling. The issue is: many people do not realise this until they taste olive oil like ours.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil: The finest olive oil – produced directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. We exceed all EVOO standards.
Single Estate: All olives from one private farm. No blending. No mixing. Guaranteed flavour.
Single Producer: Totally controlled production. Every single olive is picked, pressed and produced in exactly the same way.
MonoVarietal: Our ‘Manaki’ trees are unique. During harvest time, they only produce a certain number of olives, which means supplies are limited. The velvety texture and ready-to-eat fruity aromas make it perfect for salads. It’s full of flavour and adds that extra something, to all forms of cooking.
Harvest: We hand-pick all olives and harvest them while they are still green – a guaranteed fresh product full of nutrients.
Unfiltered: All our olive oil is unfiltered. This enhances the flavour and velvety texture, and more importantly ensures that no natural nutrients are lost.
Milling: We cold press our olives the same day they are harvested. Anything that isn’t bottled is securely stored in a cool dark place. This keeps everything fresh and ready for future use.
Acidity: All our olive oil has less than 0.5% Acidity. SkapEti is of superior quality.
